Our client, an established financial services firm, is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join their team. In this remote role you will handle recruiting processes through partnering with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, maintaining candidate data in the applicant tracking system, and coordinating interviews. Other day to day responsibilities will include writing and posting job descriptions and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. The ideal candidate will have a proactive work ethic, an ability to multitask and prioritize in a high volume setting, strong communication and relationship building skills, a team player attitude, and a high attention to detail. Requirements:

• 1+ years of recruiting experience in a high volume setting
• Ability to work both independently and on a team
• Strong relationship building and written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS, preferred
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
