Description:
This is a full time Monday through Friday shift position at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center for our Treasure Valley Labs (TVL).
If you have experience with client services? This position handles all incoming and outgoing calls from clients and patients.

Accurately schedules and processes laboratory requests for outpatients, and organizes and directs the flow of inpatient specimens and orders to the appropriate areas of the laboratory. Serves as the central communications area of the laboratory for the flow of incoming requests and specimens and the return of information to the requesting physician.
