We are seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Sales Operations Manager for the Latin America Sales Team.

ROLE COMMITMENTS
⦁ Ensure LATAM customer orders ship on time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
⦁ Shipping & Operations
⦁ Work with customers' logistics teams and freight forwarders to arrange shipping containers from Asia/USA to several destinations in Latin America
⦁ Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure Spanish-compliant materials and customs requirements are met at the destination before shipping.
⦁ Work with translators and customers on manuals, packaging, and labeling requirements
⦁ Approve, release, and coordinate shipping of orders
⦁ Ship samples for government testing in Mexico
⦁ Aid in the input and coordination of orders for replacement parts to the Mexico service center and other Latin America customers
⦁ Liaison between customers and the QA department concerning recurring parts and service issues
⦁ Sales Support
⦁ Provide internal support to Latin America sales managers to facilitate timely shipping
⦁ Capture and track daily/weekly sales data from customers
⦁ Contribute to meeting deadlines for sales goals
⦁ Generate reports to track pipeline progress, manage orders and ensure orders ship on time
