Overview:

Locke Lord LLP is seeking a Law Clerk in our Atlanta Office.

Description:

This candidate will work closely with Partner Tim Xia and the Intellectual Property group on legal projects, as assigned. We are committed to individual creativity combined with a spirit of collaboration and provide a supportive and challenging atmosphere for our Law Clerks to learn and grow. We believe the best way to learn is through first-hand experience and exposure to real legal work and events. This candidate may have contact with our clients and will be regularly included in conference calls and/ or out-of-office proceedings such as court appearances and depositions. This candidate is invited to attend all firm training sessions, practice group meetings and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars, as scheduled during the clerkship.

• This internship will run from: June 5, 2023 - August 11, 2023.
  
• Work hours will be from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with flexibility for overtime and weekends
