Suez Water Technologies & Solutions is currently searching for a Lead CBM Analyst to support the production of water filtration products. The production of water purification filters is a growing business which addresses the ever-increasing need for water. We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong CBM subject matter expert to support our manufacturing facility. Come be a part of this exciting and growing technology!

Essential Responsibilities

  • Program setup, development, and improvements
  • Building and maintaining technology databases
  • Monthly route collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Training and mentoring of new employees and other reliability technicians/analyst
  • Responsible for coordinating all CBM activities
  • Develop standard operating procedures, route maps, parameters, and alarming methods
  • Ensure EHS compliance and support culture to continuously improve Safety performance
  • Manage multiple projects by providing scheduling, resource management, budget control, and environment, health & safety compliance

Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Day Shift

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Must have solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ASNT Level II Vibration Analysis certification and level I certification in at least one other predictive maintenance (PdM) technology (Ultrasound, infrared, motor current analysis, etc)
  • Minimum of 5 years of plant manufacturing or supply chain experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability principles
  • Strong knowledge in routine and advanced trouble shooting techniques: spectral, time waveform, cross channel phase analysis and bump testing
  • Strong understanding of machinery fundamentals including pumps, motors, gearboxes, switchgear, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime, as required.
  • Ability and willingness to wear personal protective equipment, for example safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes, as required.
  • Ability and willingness to perform frequent lifting and bending motions, as required.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Experience using Maximo
  • Experience in reliability centered maintenance analysis
  • Experience with water filtration products
  • Experience with data analysis tools
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement
