The Lead Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (Lead CRNA) is a clinical expert and administrative leader responsible for CRNA role optimization within Wentworth Health Partners Anesthesia practice, Wentworth Douglass Hospital, and other community forums. The Lead CRNA is a systems thinker who supports the organizational vision while representing the views of CRNA's to senior leadership. The Lead CRNA is approachable and collaborative with strong communication and decision-making skills. The Lead CRNA will be part of the Department of Anesthesiology's leadership team, which meets on a monthly basis to discuss departmental operational and strategic growth initiatives. The Lead CRNA will also work collaboratively with the other Lead APP's within the WDH system. The role will require active staff privileges as a member of the Department of Anesthesia at WDH.

Qualifications
CRNA required, previous leadership perferred.
