Position Details

This position serves as the Lead Qualified Behavior Modification Professional (LQBMP). Responsible for the clinical oversight of the team of Behavior Professionals within assigned regions by assuring consistent execution of established policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and funding source requirements. This position is responsible for hiring, training, and providing clinical supervision to behavior professionals. This position reports to the Clinical Director.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing in State of California required with at least 4 years of experience as a BCBA.

• 5 years' experience providing behavior supports for individuals with IDD and with mental health diagnoses.

• Competency in writing supports plans and effective verbal communication skills required.

• Flexibility in scheduling and availability for onsite/in-person support.
