*Location:* 100% Remote, must live in USA
*Salary:* $150,000 - $180,000 Annual Base Salary + Equity, Remote, Medical and Wellness Plans
*Requirements:* Unreal Engine 4 (Plan on moving to Unreal Engine 5), C++, Debugging skills, GIT

We are training future eSports competitors to play with the pros in games such as Fortnite, Call of Duty, and Valorant.
 
Currently, we need a *Remote Lead/Senior Developer* that has strong experience with *Unreal Engine 4 (OK with moving to Unreal Engine 5 in the future) and C++*. Our ideal candidate comes from a gaming background and loves new development challenges!
What You Will Be Doing - Collaborate with Product and Design team and maintain the best eSports training platform out on the market
- Work from specification through production
- Mentor developers on Unreal Engine best practices
What You Need for this Position - 4+ years developing professionally in the gaming industry
- Professional experience with Unreal Engine 4
- Strong with C++
- Debugging skills
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- GIT
- KPIs
- Bachelor in Computer Science preferred
- JIRA/Confluence (Plus)
- Build Systems/continuous integration/build automation (Plus)
- Experience working with asset management systems, asset bundles (DLC - downloadable content) (Plus)
