Lead Software Engineer

About the Role

As a Subject Matter Expert to a specific team of Software Engineers you will drive discovery. In addition to writing code on complex systems and applications, you will lead, guide and mentor others.

Responsibilities

  • Providing overall guidance on project plans, schedules, and methodologies to a team of Software Developers in our C# Asp.Net environment.
  • Serving the initial point of escalation for software development issues within specific area of responsibility.
  • Interfacing with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.
  • Developing and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.
  • Collaborating closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.

Requirements

• Comprehensive skills in setting, communicating, implementing, and achieving business objectives and goals through the direct management of others.

• Experience in C# .Net Development skills in an Agile Development environment.

• Have experience with applicable tool sets with ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications.

• Empowering teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues.

• Experience in the development of complex system components.
