Summary:
The Lead Warehouse Worker provides guidance and participates in warehouse operations. This position will train and provide work direction. This position may be responsible for one or more of the following job duties: receiving, replenishing, and shipment loading.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assist in the receipt of in-bound shipment
• Train and provide work direction for team members
• Load delivery trucks and other outbound shipments as needed
• Maintain and prepare records, as required
• Assist management in monitoring and processing of outbound dunnage shipment
• Assist management in meeting schedules and time line in a timely manner
• Participate in inventory counts on an as needed basic
• Assist in the enforcement of the safety rules and requirements in the workplace
• Attend safety meetings and take all safety classes, as needed
• Responsible for ensuring powered equipment check list are completed daily by all operation
• Responsible for meeting operational efficiency accuracy goals
• Perform other job related duties as assigned
• Monitor Housekeeping in the warehouse on a daily basic

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalency; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Plus 1 years of experience
• Powered equipment certified in accordance with OSHA regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Operate other warehouse equipment safely
• Proficiency in RF Scanner usage
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
