Slalom is seeking a Leader with a background in business and technology to join our experienced Seattle Technology Solutions team. This role is for an experienced and motivated technology sales leader who possesses a unique balance of technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills. Successful leaders work with our clients to strategize around their technology landscape and bring solutions to life.

What You'll Do

• Accountability for sales, recruiting, account management, consulting, and operational aspects, including:

o Practice Building - Drive overall growth of the practice area through business development, talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership.

o Business Development - Lead business development activities, leveraging their professional network for the benefit of Slalom.

o Sales - Collaborate with Sales Enablement to understand the client's needs, recommend options, and present solution(s), outcomes, and costs to ensure a successful result from start to finish.

o Engagement Management - Manage engagement risk, project economics, planning and budgeting, accounts receivable, deliverables, and buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.

o Team & Individual Development - Improve team performance through an effective approach, including coaching and mentoring to help people work better and love what they do.

• Identify opportunities to bring our full suite of services to both new and existing clients

• Grow and maintain executive-level client relationships

• Work with teams to capture best practices and develop case studies and other core deliverables to build solution offerings

• Participate in industry forums, events, and speaking engagements to further promote Slalom's brand within the market

• Manage the production of project deliverables, budget, and presentations to client personnel and leadership

• Improve Slalom's culture and exemplify our core values on a day-to-day basis

• Identify and develop new practice capabilities to stay ahead of market demand

What You'll Bring

• BA or BS Degree (Master's Degree preferred)

• 10 years of demonstrated ability focused on engagement-based consulting

• Strong technical aptitude with experience leading customized technical projects

• Demonstrated ability to co-develop complex solutions by collaborating with partners, peers, and clients

• Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base; organic business development responsibilities, i.e., growing new accounts/clients from the ground up

• Deep experience with managing people, including mentoring and leadership skills

• Expert business operations experience (e.g., invoicing, SOW, margins, utilization)

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $153,000 to $237,000 and the targeted base salary range is $170,000 to $200,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
