The Learning& Development/QA Coach will be responsible for assisting Training Team Facilitators with administrative duties, coaching, and training classes. Will also aid in problem solving and guiding team members, especially with continued support through the learning process of becoming an NDC Productivity Specialist after graduation. The L&D/QA Coach will be responsible for helping NDC PS achieve success in their assignments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer questions and concerns from trainees and recent graduates.
• Help a new PS navigate the decision-making process and how to work with the Navigator team, Service Team Managers, and other parties in service delivery to achieve an optimal resolution
• Coordinate with Training Team Facilitators in the organization and set up training materials and classes.
• Assist the Training Team Facilitator with skill check reviews and scoring.
• Assist trainees in an ongoing and timely manner.
• Rotate responsibilities and duties between training and QA as needed
• Must be flexible to support all shifts.
• Assist with debriefs, conduct training module presentations with Training Facilitators and trainees, as needed.
• Conduct QA side by sides during Daily Calls between PS and STMs and evaluate PS performance.
• Create strategies for PS performance improvement and provide real time feedback.
• In the absence of a Training Facilitator, may be required to facilitate limited-scope training events but will not be responsible for administering in-training personnel.
• May be required to support the CMC floor during non-training times; phone support and/or walking the floor.
• Perform various administrative duties related to the Training and QA Department.
• Model exemplary and professional behavior at all times.
• Other duties and special projects as required.
