Our client, an international law firm, is seeking a Leave of Absence Specialist to support their growing HR team. This person will manage the life cycle of leaves for all business services staff, partners of the firm, and associates. This is a newly created role that will directly support the HR Manager and work closely with the benefits team, to serve as the point person on leaves, accommodation requests, and entitlements. Additionally, this person has the opportunity to establish best practices and offer strategic initiatives to improve and streamline the LOA tracking processes for the firm.
