Our client located in Iselin, NJ is currently seeking a full time, temporary receptions/medical records legal secretary. The position responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, preparing medical authorizations and subpoenas. The successful candidate will be detail oriented with exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

This is a TEMP opportunity!!!

Salary: $21
Hours: 8:00am - 5pm (M-F)
Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:
* Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed. Route calls as needed to appropriate resource.
* Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.
* Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team
* Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately
* Other projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
* Conveys confidence on the phone.
* Strong communication skills and highly organized.
* Customer Service or Call Center experience preferred, but not required.
* Comfortable using Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

***1-2 years of legal secretary experience required. Prior demonstrated experience and knowledge working in healthcare preferred.
