Summary:
Roswell Park is seeking a diligent, highly organized and detail oriented Legal Contract Coordinator to administer the Legal contract intake and review process and maintain accurate and organized contract records in Roswell Park's electronic contract database. The position reports to the Vice President and General Counsel and routinely interacts with and provides assistance to contract owners from all areas of the organization.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
1. Associate's degree in Business, Finance or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time contract or other document management/processing experience; or
2. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time contract or other document management/processing experience.

NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

The preferred candidate will have: (1) at least four (4) years of experience performing contract or other legal document management/administration in an in house legal environment; (2) experience maintaining contracts or other legal documents in a centralized electronic database; (3) experience reviewing, interpreting, preparing, and editing contracts or other legal documents; (4) a positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor; (5) excellent verbal and written communication skills; (6) strong organizational and analytical skills; and (7) the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast paced work environment.
