Meta's Legal team is tasked with providing legal-oriented support to Meta's various internal client teams. Within Legal, the Legal Privacy Compliance team is tasked with providing privacy-specific legal-related support to Meta's central privacy organization and Meta's various privacy-related teams. In support of the organization's objectives, the Legal Privacy Compliance team is looking for a resource to augment our existing team with program and project management-related support. This resource will support our more experienced team members and will own the development and implementation of various LPC-related deliverables, tools, and governance solutions under the guidance of our team.

Legal Privacy Compliance Support Responsibilities:

  • Collect project and initiative tasks from team members and own the resulting project plans within Asana
  • Assist with the development of Legal Privacy Compliance deliverables, which will include communications, training decks, standards, process flows, decision trees, program charters, etc.
  • Schedule workshops, track action items, and project manage in partnership with our external consultant
  • Own the development and maintenance of internal reporting, training and awareness materials, program-level metrics, agendas, and weekly action items
  • Manage multiple team calendars


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' project management experience
  • Experience in a privacy-related role
  • Experience supporting multiple parallel projects


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Big-4 consulting experience preferred
  • Compliance, information security, program management, and audit experience preferred
