Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Secretary/Paralegal for an on-site, temp to perm role with our client in Vinings. This role will operate during standard business hours, and candidates can expect to commit 35 hours/week or 7 hours/day to the role.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary/Paralegal. Georgia state e-filing experience strongly preferred. Essential duties include preparing court-ready state and federal pleadings, motions and responses to motions for e-filing with state and federal courts in Georgia; managing multiple projects with competing deadlines in a busy legal environment; drafting and responding to discovery requests, including interrogatories, request for production, request for disclosure, request for admission, deposition notices, etc.; organizing large volumes of case-related documents.
