What You'll Do

Position is responsible for providing technical and servicing support and being an informational resource for onstage staff, vendors, and insurance companies for consumer loans, credit cards, mortgages, home equity loans, and micro-business loans. Supports credit card applications, processes maintenance changes and monetary transactions on member credit card accounts, supports quality review, completes research and processes necessary corrections, manages lien and title tracking, assists with general questions, and ensures document integrity. Responsibilities will vary based on the needs of the team and includes process and procedure review and enhancements.

• Support the needs of internal team members by answering phones, responding to emails, managing help desk requests and processing incoming mail. Provide solutions, technical training and support to staff and members.
• Responsible for consumer, credit card, and home equity processes and maintenance including member information changes, account closures, auto pays, and seasonal addresses, payoffs, payment reversals, adjustments, skip-a-pays, and extensions.
• Handle claims, monitoring, payments, and maintenance related to insurance products. Submit premiums and support invoice processing.
• Complete secondary error review and audit for loan quality assurance. Compile and communicate loan error statistics.
• Responsible for Mortgage Center and general support of new and existing mortgages. Answer member payment, tax, flood and insurance inquiries regarding servicing of home equity and mortgage loans.

What You'll Bring

• Requires High School Diploma or GED
• Requires two years of similar or related experience
• Proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel and other bank related software.
