(Contingent upon available funding): 15.00 - 21.00, Hourly Work Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: Monitor the daily flow of requests and materials through Interlibrary Services and process interlibrary services borrowing requests for materials not owned by the OSU Libraries. Manage the daily flow of requests and materials through ILS (Interlibrary Services) and Document Delivery. Assist in the processing of interlibrary services lending requests for materials requested by other institutions. Assist in the Processing of incoming and outgoing materials.  Special Instructions to Applicants Please attach a resume. Education & Experience Position Qualifications: Required Qualifications:

Two years post-secondary education plus two years general clerical experience or high school/GED and four years general clerical experience.

General working knowledge of computer database application. Ability to lift books and materials repetitively. Ability to push carts with up to 100 pounds of books. Ability to work several hours on the computer.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree 

One year of interlibrary loan experience. Four years experience in computer software operation and application. Demonstrated leadership skills.
