What You Will Be Doing --This is an incredible opportunity for you to lead and mentor a survey team in Greater San Francisco and work with a laid back fun-loving group of people. You will be working with dynamic teams of professionals who are passionate about their careers as much as they are about the clients we work with. Our ability to provide a full range of services in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, and Planning offers our clients project continuity and cost savings. The chosen candidate will be expected to:

- Write proposals for projects
- Hire/mentor land survey staff members
- Identify and correct operational inefficiencies in survey department
- Perform deed and record map research
- Draft subdivision and parcel maps
- Maintain record of survey plats
- Calculate boundary corner search
- Write legal descriptions
- Collaborate with engineers, technical staff, and field crews
- Engage with clients regularly to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
What You Need for this Position 5+ years of relevant surveying experience and:

- Active PLS in CA
- Project management experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience engaging with clients for new and repeat business
- Willingness to train and mentor others
- Drivers license in good standing
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
