Summary:
Assists the Director, Technology Transfer in all departmental projects; assumes primary responsibility for a variety of projects and case management and consulting responsibilities of all others projects and cases; interprets Roswell Park policies as they pertain to technology transfer activities.

Starting salary for this position is $76,326 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

1. Master's degree in a scientific field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time relevant experience in technology transfer, intellectual property management or related environment; or
2. Bachelor's degree in a scientific field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time relevant experience in technology transfer, intellectual property management or related environment.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will have a doctorate in a relevant science field or a Masters, MBA in busines, at least 2 years experience in an academic Technology Transfer office, experience marketing pharma or biotech products, and will possess Certified Licensing Professional credentials.
