ABOUT THE JOB:
This member of Mobile Mini's corporate logistics team will be tasked to plan, develop and deploy the opportunities identified within the department's logistics strategy. This associate will be heavily involved in transportation software design through deployment, department reporting and/or KPI's and vendor management.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Facilitate the design, testing and deployment of WSMM optimized routing software.
• Provide analytical support for multiple service centers, regions and individual markets
• Provide multi-modal freight analysis and trends related to the transportation industry
• Reporting - Facilitate transportation analysis for the WSMM business. E.g. Transportation Management System (TMS), driver productivity metrics, dispatching metrics, driver scorecards, commercial price reviews, etc.
• Provide analytical support and benchmarking for contract related activity (i.e. Electronic logging devices, camera solutions, TMS/routing platforms, etc.)
• Responsible for identifying areas of continuous improvement while striving to exceed customer service expectations.
• Executive level KPI reporting - volume, performance and compliance
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications required.
• Demonstrated, strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while developing process improvements that focus on safety, financials, operations and customer service.
• Maintains positive business relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management/engagement with the field
• Analytical thinker with an understanding of broader supply chain initiatives
• Ability to create ad-hoc performance analysis and identify corrective action(s) when needed
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and vendors
