The Logistics and Operations Associate acts and the point of contact to interface between Arrows customers and repair team. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter; with high energy and the ability to handle high volume customer interaction, in a fast paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provides solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control, ensures legal compliance to requirements, and interacts with internal/external customers
Independently identifies root causes and resolves issues pertaining to financial impact to Logistics and Value-Add facilities.
Gives direction and provides solutions regarding inventory discrepancies and reports.
Creates written procedures and policies to comply with internal and extern customer requirements pertaining to processes.
Acts as a consultant to project leaders to implement new or transferred business as an expert in inventory software systems and compliance knowledge.
Other duties as assigned.
Inventory and material planning requirements, including reviewing customer demand, driving resolution of non-conforming material, and working with Asset
Processing and monitoring expedite requests from Sales and communicating out and ensuring expedited orders ship
Work with Production Supervisors on order scheduling, efficiency, and utilization
Customer interface through emails, phone calls, and weekly meetings
Report generation to support customer reporting requirements
Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
What We Are Looking For:
A degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or Industrial Engineering a plus
Experience in customer service, inventory control or scheduling a plus
Microsoft Excel experience; including use of formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work order management experience; including working DMS (Oracle), WMS and Unity a plus

Hiring Range:
$28.00 / Hourly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer
