Job Description: The CSR will be working in an office environment providing customers with the status of their shipments and giving ETA updates.
Successful candidates must possess:
* Process import entries
* Provides answers and solutions to customer's requests or inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism and courtesy.
* Responsible for creating and managing reports to customers on a daily basis.
* Timely communication & processing of customer requests on receipts to the warehouse.
* Coordinating & processing customer orders from picking, staging by the warehouse; Mexican broker; & carrier pick.
* Process export entries & forwarding and handling
* Process required billing records.
* Ability to manage time and implement various skill sets.
* Continually maintain a vast working knowledge of all company services and regulations.
