NGHS is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - Progressive Cardiac Care Unit.

Part Time Day Shift; 6:45 AM-7:15PM

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, provides nursing care to assigned patient populations. Organizes patient care and sets priorities while assisting with the provision of patient care as established within the framework of the Georgia Board of Nursing Nurse Practice Act

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Georgia.
• High School Diploma
• Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years experience is preferred (but not required).

Physical Demands

• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
• Frequent kneeling/stooping/bending
• Frequent standing/walking
• Occasionally pushing/pulling
• Frequent intensive work, requires reading, writing, reasoning, & talking
