Your Job

Operating a machine that produces top-notch products for ¼ of the world's population is a hard job, but it's worth it when you're recognized often by your manager, supported by your team, and see the products you produce being used by your own family at the end of the day.

In this role, you will be running technologically advanced, high-speed manufacturing equipment and collaborating with new or junior team members to do their best work safely. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark's substantial investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium products that are essential to millions of lives around the world, right here in Neenah, WI. Schedule

  • 12-hour shifts (days/nights)

  • 6 am - 6 pm; 6 pm - 6 am ($.60 night shift differential)

  • One 48-hour week and one 36-hour week each pay period

  • No partner responsibility = guaranteed shifts/hours

About You

As a person, you're a learner, a natural leader - someone who is always reliable, taking initiative to solve problems, and teaming up with others to make things better for all. As a manufacturing professional, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals.   • Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED

  • Have one year manufacturing/industrial experience or equivalent Military education/ training

  • Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills

  • Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime

  • Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs., ascend and descend stairs, perform bending, twisting, stooping and crouching motions, use strong gripping hand functions. In addition, all employees are required to wear required PPE including ear, eye and toe protection.

  • Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening

  • Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)

Competitive Compensation with a starting wage of $22.95 per hour and time and a half pay on Sundays! 2K Sign on Bonus. 1k paid out after 90 day probationary period. 1k paid out at one year of service.

Relocation offered for those more then 50+ miles outside of Neenah, WI where position is located. Kimberly Clark will assist with a lump sum relocation stipend for U.S. candidates out of area
