We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize our operations at our City, State distribution and fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in Preventative and Predictive Maintenance of Conveyor Systems within the fast-paced logistics environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

  • Lead, direct, and coordinate all maintenance and facility support activities at our distribution and fulfillment center.
  • Champion the "Safety First" program, ensuring a culture of safety throughout operations.
  • Oversee staffing, policy implementation/enforcement, and budget preparation with a focus on cost control.
  • Manage profit and loss responsibility for the facility.
Quality Control and Process Development:
  • Ensure quality control measures are in place, maintaining exceptional standards in maintenance processes.
  • Develop and implement maintenance process improvements, ensuring conformance with industry best practices.
Customer Relations:
  • Interact with customer and client personnel to understand and fulfill expectations.
  • Foster positive customer relations and address customer needs proactively.
Team Management:
  • Directly supervise all C&W Services salaried and hourly positions at the facility.
  • Provide oversight of all processes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Performance Metrics and Documentation:
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics records for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate good judgment in decision-making affecting the company's business.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in maintenance management, with a focus on supervision, planning/scheduling, and estimating. Experience in managing teams performing Predictive and Preventative Maintenance of Conveyor Systems is required.
  • Accreditation: Membership and active participation in industry-related professional organizations (SMRP, IFMA, BOMA, etc.) with applicable professional certification is desired.
  • Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
