Location: Croydon, PA
Salary: $95,000 to $110,000
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure techs / equipment are working safely and using the proper permits, lockout /tag out procedures.
• Responsible for the safety of all associates in areas of responsibility and supports efforts throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Provide leadership and rapid response to all workplace hazards, near miss situations and safety improvement projects.
• Follow and Maintain all Food Safety, SQF, GMP and HACCP Guidelines.
• Written and verbal communication upward, downward, and across the organization chart.
• Manage daily operations in alignment with basic plant management requirements.
• Create and schedule preventive maintenance checks and inspections of all equipment ensuring no disruption to the production schedule.
  
• Analyze cause of production delays on daily production reports. Maintain and report other required operational information to management.
  
• Manage and be responsible for department budget.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role, leading the entire maintenance function.
