Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Large metal parts manufacturer in central NE is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager

***Candidates must have experience in stamping, pressing, tooling, and reliability engineering in the metals industry knowledge.

Relocation assistance is available (this company does not sponsor or relocate candidates from outside of the US)

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the operation of a department involved in the maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate/manage plant maintenance operations and team.
• Oversee, manage, and request repairs, vendor repairs, supplies, services, parts, and equipment to maintain equipment and the facility in safe operating condition.
• Implement plant-wide preventive maintenance program to ensure optimal performance and limited downtown of equipment.
• Assess, train and develop subordinates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (in engineering, a related technical field preferred)
• 7 + years of experience in manufacturing plant engineering and maintenance.
• Experience in the metals industry.
• Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical, Stamping, Cutting, Forming, Grinding, Tool Sharpening, Milling, Machine Setup, Spark Testing, Basic Carpentry and HVAC, Electrical Repairs, Time Studies, Machine Repair and Tooling Selection.
