Location: Russellville, AR
Description: The Judge Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the team of a large food manufacturing in the Russellville area. This position is FIRST SHIFT and comes with great benefits and premium pay on the weekends!
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee downtime occurrences to maintain consistent operations of the lines
- Work alongside USDA, Vendors, and External clients on equipment standards'
- Seek out continuous improvement efforts on maintenance processes
- Oversee maintenance techs and electricians to ensure all company policies are followed
- Monitor PM program for the line
- Keep team members safety, food safety, and uptime as highest priorities
- High School Diploma
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Food manufacturing experience
- Strong PLC and Allen Bradley Experience
- Strong Mechanical Technical Knowledge
