Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:
Provides the day-to-day supervision of Plant Operations maintenance staff. Engages with and coordinates the activities of contractors, vendors and other service providers. Assists the Department Manager in scheduling and performing all regulatory testing to maintain regulatory compliance.
Shift:
Day Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Weekend work is required.
Minimum Education & Experience:
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in the facilities maintenance or applicable trade.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Trade or professional licensure preferred.
- Licensure in the District of Columbia as a Journeyman or Master plumber, HVAC, or electrician.
