Job Info
* The ability to:
* Safely lift in excess of 50 lbs.
* Work from step ladders as well as extension ladders or lifts without fear of heights.
* Follow all Henry Co/Carlisle safety procedures relative to any maintenance related task.
* Operate all hand tools such as drills, grinders, saws, etc.
* Work overtime as needed, weekends, including emergency calls.
* Good oral and written skills.
* A team player approach and the ability to work well with others.
* Strong self-motivation and a goal orientation, with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
* A desire to constantly strive for perfection.
* Availability for learn and follow the internal and external technical continuing education
* Basic carpentry skills are a plus.
* Computer literacy is a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of mechanical maintenance Technician experience in a manufacturing setting.
* A high school diploma or equivalent. Some college or technical training beyond high school is a plus.
