AZZ METAL COATINGS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
The Management Trainee is part of the AZZ Career Development Program. The purpose of this program is to develop a pipeline of trained talent that has an understanding of the AZZ Metal Coatings businesses and can grow across the company into leadership positions. The Management Trainee will complete rotations at various AZZ Metal Coatings plants over a period of time. Various projects and tasks will be assigned to the Management Trainee to help develop his/her skill set while also meeting business need.
Ideal candidates will have an interest in heavy industry and have a desire to build a career work in a plant / manufacturing environment. Recent college graduates and individuals with five to ten years previous experience seeking a career change are encouraged to apply. Those candidates who have shown a history of growing in responsibility and exemplified leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
JOB SUMMARY
Learns and performs assigned duties, under direction of experienced personnel, to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives training and performs duties in several departments to become familiar with line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree required. 2 to 10 years of experience required. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
