Position Summary:

Manages the general supervision of the Accounts Receivable team. Ensures accurate receivable records and verifies outstanding account balances. Creates financial reports relating to account receivable function and status of accounts. Audits methods and procedures of accounts receivable function to improve efficiency.

Essesntial Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cashiers to ensure KPI'S are achieved. Unapplied to stay under 500k at all times and well managed for all Entities. Ensures all OFAC Laws and/or Regulations are adhered to.
  • Responsible for managing staff, including but not limited to, ensuring adequate work schedule coverage during planned and unplanned absences, keeping overtime to a minimum, providing training to staff, and managing performance and productivity. Providing ongoing coaching and leadership to associates.
  • Ensure manual invoicing, adjustments and refunds are processed within 48 hours of time of receipt.
  • Ensure cash position is reviewed daily, ensure daily reconciliations are well maintained to prevent month end issues.
  • Ensure all outstanding expense claims are reporting timely. Provide weekly and/or monthly reports to management for review.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
  • Good level of analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must understand and know the daily process for payment application.
  • Must have completed OFAC training.
  • Must have knowledge of Cash Management processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure, and within deadlines.
  • Must be able to multitask and be organized.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both written & orally.
  • Knowledge and understanding of how to use LARA, Ocean, Discover Reporting
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years industry experience required
  • 4-6 years general work experience required
  • Solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
