What will you do?
- Mentors and develops all employees for future career growth.
- Supervises the activities of assigned employees, manages workload and conducts performance reviews.
- Manages meetings with clients on-site or off-site.
- Measures and reports on all staffing, metric, budgeting needs for department.
- Provides strategic vision to the client relations staff.
- Escalates issues which arise to other department managers at Holman
- Ensures that all negative service trends are identified and rectified.
- Works with Client Relations Performance Excellence to identify efficiency opportunities and enhanced process flow, striving for continual improvement.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Prior leadership experience and high commitment to employee development.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present to all levels of employees and customers.
- Customer service and customer retention skills required.
- Persuasive skills and the ability to think critically and strategically required.
- Must have the ability to solve problems, multi-task and manage time.
- Fleet Management/Leasing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
- Ability to travel up to 25% preferred.
