SUMMARY:

The purpose of this position is to provide holistic financial planning and corporate strategic development support to achieve business, financial, and strategic objectives as established with the Director of Financial Planning, SVP Finance, and Executive Management.

Responsibilities include: Administer and continuously improve the planning process which includes strategic plan, annual operating plan, annual metrics, and rolling projections; develop and maintain quarterly finance and rating agency models and present and lead quarterly review with CFO, CAO, Treasurer and Finance team; develop and maintain internal financial communication for Board of Directors and Quarterly Business Reviews; assist in business analysis reporting and various financial analysis projects (business improvement, mergers and acquisitions, competitive analysis, benchmarking, etc.); other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. (Master's in Finance or Accounting preferred)

Experience: 6+ years in Finance or Accounting field.

Computer Skills: Strong computer skills: advanced skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint; advanced PowerBI.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with all levels of management.

Special Skills: Work well in a team environment. Ability to work with high level stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
