In this newly created position as a Manager, Executive Recruiting, we are looking for someone who will manage executive recruiting needs across all business functions at Arrow. This position will work closely with our Senior Leadership team across all departments. We are looking for someone who can develop strong relationships, demonstrate results, and develop a scalable process within Arrow. This is a full-cycle recruiting position including key elements such as: developing position specifications, sourcing, screening, interviews and evaluation, candidate presentation, and negotiating the successful close of offers.
What You'll Be Doing
Serve as a trusted Talent Advisor and provide strategic insights for both the Global Talent Acquisition function, as well as Hiring Managers and other business partners
Champion the Arrow recruitment process; while staying up to date on recruitment trends, best practices, legal developments, company policies, and benchmark comparisons
Continuously Source for top talent; cultivating a diverse network and talent bench for existing and future roles
Manage high-profile candidates from initial outreach to offer negotiations
Stay connected with business needs and strategy; tracking pulse to align recruiting activity and results with business objectives
Develop a scalable process for Executive Recruiting across the company's business functions that drives great candidate and hiring manager experience and service excellence
What Are We Looking For?
Experience building diverse teams
Experience with short-term and long-term incentive plans
Exhibit high-level knowledge of hiring practices as well as, federal and state laws regarding employment practices including EEO/AAP and OFCCP compliance
Strong skills utilizing an applicant tracking system - Workday, a plus
Building and managing successful client/stakeholder relationships with the ability to understand their business and individual needs
Experience managing high-profile clients and candidates from outreach to close; including understanding of total rewards / financial equity components
High accountability for self and others, and dedication to achieving high levels of individual and organizational performance results
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Education/Experience Requirements:
8+ years of recruiting experience within a retained search firm and/or in-house Executive Recruiting function delivering placements for positions that are Director level or above
