This position is responsible for the execution and support of enterprise talent management, inclusion & diversity strategies, processes and programs designed to increase engagement, foster inclusion and improve business results. Manages communication and process support for talent management processes.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement key initiatives, talent processes and strategies, programs and curriculum focused on the career development of team members.

  • Develop strategies tools and communications to support talent processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, onboarding and performance management.

  • Provide project management and communications support for execution of surveys as well as analysis, reporting and action planning follow-up.

  • Manage culture and team member engagement initiatives.

  • Lead implementation of policies and programs that drive inclusion & diversity

  • Support organization design efforts for departments and teams. Develop position descriptions and competency guidelines

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 year degree preferred

  • 5+ years' experience in HR and/or Organizational Effectiveness

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of inclusion and diversity programs and processes

  • Knowledge of talent management processes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent collaboration and influence skills

  • Excellent project management tools and methods

  • Strong detail orientation
