This position is responsible for the execution and support of enterprise talent management, inclusion & diversity strategies, processes and programs designed to increase engagement, foster inclusion and improve business results. Manages communication and process support for talent management processes.
Implement key initiatives, talent processes and strategies, programs and curriculum focused on the career development of team members.
Develop strategies tools and communications to support talent processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, onboarding and performance management.
Provide project management and communications support for execution of surveys as well as analysis, reporting and action planning follow-up.
Manage culture and team member engagement initiatives.
Lead implementation of policies and programs that drive inclusion & diversity
Support organization design efforts for departments and teams. Develop position descriptions and competency guidelines
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
4 year degree preferred
5+ years' experience in HR and/or Organizational Effectiveness
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of inclusion and diversity programs and processes
Knowledge of talent management processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
