About the Role

In this role, you will play a unique role within an emerging Brand, BR Home, photo production operation; creating photographic images to connect customers to the unique experiences of our various products. In this role, you will be creatively flexible and adaptable to the individual aesthetic and technically diverse needs of our brand, as you produce content in a high-touch creative production environment ensuring speed to market while bringing our products to life; while guiding others to do the same - aligning with our growth strategy.

What You'll Do

• Create superior quality photographic images to support our brands customer experience needs.
• Deliver creative solutions to effectively realize brand creative marketing needs through photography.
• Meet and exceed quality and productivity standards, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Accountable for team performance through teaching, coaching and providing meaningful feedback to build capabilities; leading a diverse creative team of photographers.
• Maintain cross functional relationships with studio operational partners; functioning equally well as part of a team, or independently; delivering on the operational strategy.
• Uphold the company and brand culture and create an inclusive environment where partners feel valued, appreciated, and a sense of belonging.
• Consider the customer experience throughout the production process, and support consistent delivery of brand partners intended customer experience.

Who You Are

Strong knowledge of photo and video production principles and technology/industry practices.
Strong financial acumen; solid understanding of retail fundamentals and financial metrics; experience managing a multi million dollar budget.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines.
Results orientated, comfortable with change and willing to take measured risks to meet goals.
Ability to actively participate in and influence senior level discussions; strong leadership skills with the ability to be a mentor and positive influencer to other Senior Management team members and foster cross functional partnerships and promote synergies within the cross functional teams.
Proven track record and experience in creating commercial photography assets, experienced with video capture techniques and equipment and an expert in digital photography equipment and techniques necessary to bring creative concepts to life.
Proven experience working in a photo production environment and leading a creative team within a high volume production environment.
Detail oriented, organized, and self motivated with demonstrated decision making skills necessary to deliver multiple projects with competing deadlines
Must be able to move equipment up to 50lb across the studio.
Help to develop annual budget; accountable for performance against monthly forecast targets.

Salary Range: $112,100 - $148,500 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
