Georgia Pacific is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager - Customer Investment - Amazon (Hybrid) to support the Amazon customer team. This role is responsible for purposefully optimizing total customer investment, supporting in-period management, and evaluating key economic decisions. This is a highly visible role critical to our success within our consumer and pro divisions. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Customer Investment.

Our Team

Join our team and help us deliver value to GP Consumer and Professional Products across our leading brands, such as Angel Soft, Quilted Northern, Dixie, Brawny®, Sparkle®, Vanity Fair, enMotion®, Pacific Blue™, Compact® and ActiveAire®. You will be part of the Customer Investment capability team, which works closely with customer teams to prioritize initiatives that create mutual benefit and drive KPI attainment.

Location: The hired candidate can reside in a reasonable proximity in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a hybrid position with 10% travel or less required.

What You Will Do

  • Maximize GP's investment at Amazon, our preferred partner, by finding creative ways to create value and evaluate trade-offs
  • Support the annual planning process and monitor the execution and performance of DSMP, trade investments, KPIs, etc.
  • Be a financial expert and share insights on the customer P&L with the organization; lead monthly discussions and highlight key implications and actions; create venture summaries for key negotiations and use systems and tools to make effective decisions
  • Collaborate dynamically with the Amazon team to innovate and think creatively
  • Frame complex problems and utilize financial modeling to determine the appropriate alternatives and provide a recommendation to review with leadership
  • Work with internal partners across the organization; improve communication and knowledge sharing; align the customer and category perspectives on key customer strategies
  • Write and speak clearly and persuasively to convey information and recommendations to cross-functional teams
  • Drive personal and organizational transformation by advancing our team and culture
  • Utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, or Finance
  • Experience in financial modeling and analytics
  • Experience presenting information and recommendations
  • Experience using analytical skills to identify and solve problems

What Will Put You Ahead
  • Sales experience, experience in building sales capabilities, and/or strategic role
  • Experience with retail customers, such as Amazon, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, etc.
  • Experience with IRI and/or Neilson syndicated data
