Our client, a leading telecommunications firm, is searching for an experienced and results-driven salesperson and manager to join their dynamic sales team in Norton, MA on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring, training and leading a sales team in outside direct sales activity.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree
  
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and proof of insurance
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Experience with telecommunications/technical sales
  
• Effective negotiation and closing skills
  
• Experience in people management and leadership
  

What you will be doing:

• Hiring, training and leading sales associates including on-going mentoring and coaching
  
• Create and monitor sales plans for your geographical area
  
• Achieve sales targets and increase market share
  
• Coordinate & run regular sales meetings
  
• Other projects and duties as assigned by business management
