Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a hands-on recruiter who is also responsible for all recruitment activities including the development of workforce planning needs, creation, and implementation of talent acquisition strategies, and leading the recruitment effort to attract and hire best-in-class talent for SpaceIQ. Assist with establishing and work within the Talent Acquisition budget. Selecting and interviewing candidates for all levels of positions.

Essential Duties/ Key Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Essential functions and primary duties may vary, but include:

  • Develop and Implement sourcing strategies for identifying and recruiting potential new hires. The strategy will include goals/estimates on time-to-fill and also specific plans, by position, on the best way to fill the pipeline with candidates and ensure quality hires.
  • Interact with hiring managers regarding all openings and candidate status and ensure all positions are posted internally and externally.
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse). Maintain current status of jobs/applicants. Ensure data is collected, accurate and reportable for AA, EEO and OFCCP purposes. Automate all reporting and develop dashboards. Ensure HRIS (UltiPro), E-Verify, Background Screening, and I9 system integration is effective and seamless.
  • Conduct screening of resumes and initial phone or in person interviews and evaluate and refer candidates for the next level of interviews. Schedule and perform interviews. Facilitate the candidate evaluation and job offer process. Complete recruiting related record keeping, including maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Develop partnerships with Schools, Associations, forums, licensing agencies, and the community to drive candidates to SpaceIQ
  • Establish social media and internet presence. Partner with the entire leadership team to establish a "SpaceIQ" Brand. Work with Marketing to build an effective SpaceIQ Career website experience for job seekers. Responsible for all Job Board integrations including LinkedIn.
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure that they are meeting the legal requirements with regard to interviewing, as well as ensuring that their interview and selection skills are increased.
  • Comply with established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and system security standards.
  • Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings and workshops.
  • Perform full lifecycle recruiting to include sourcing strategy development with a clear focus on diversity.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the Finance team to ensure the department is fully leveraged to meet the quarterly and annually hiring demands.
  • Periodically lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS organization strongly preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Business software applications including Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics.
  • Previous experience managing, configuring and maintaining Greenhouse ATS and UltiPro HRIS strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Affirmative Action and EEO regulations and compliance required.
  • Prior experience managing a team of TA professionals required.
  • Experience recruiting outside the USA a plus.
  • Available to support international managers in different time zones when required.

Education:
  • BA/BS in Business or Human Resources preferred. Professional development coursework and training in labor law, recruitment planning and applicant evaluation, employee relations, communications, and compensation administration. AIRS Certification is a plus.
  • Seven or more years' experience in a similar position including heavy recruitment for all levels of positions - Technical, software development and sales staffing experience is a must. International experience is preferred. Experience with employee relations and participation in developing policies, procedures, and operating structure.
