ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Understand standard work to identify material requirements and movements to support manufacturing associates.

* Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with Supervisor to implement countermeasures.

* Understand and follow all safety guidelines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience (in years):

* High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 1-2 years of related work experience.

Knowledge and skills:

* Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with peers, supervisors, managers and leads. Able to understand instructions written and spoken in English.

Physical requirements/abilities:

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Must be able to stand for several hours. Work may involve repetitive arm/wrist motions.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

* Experience in clean room assembly or Manufacturing in the medical device, pharmaceutical or biotech industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $17.98-$23.84. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
