Your role:

MilliporeSigma has an exciting new opportunity for a Manufacturing Coordinator supporting our membrane manufacturing facility in Jaffrey, NH. In this role, you will provide support to Production Area Management to achieve daily production metrics focused on safety, quality, supply and efficiency. You will complete clerical activities such as ordering/receiving raw materials, batch record accountability, managing weekly cycle counts, data tracking for investigations, documentation discrepancies and quality deviations. You will also complete other duties as requested to support operational goals, office non-lab work, manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.

Shift schedule is Monday through Friday 5:30AM - 2:00PM.

Physical Attributes:

• Lift up to 50lbs
• Stand/bend/twist for an entire shift.

Who you are:

Minimum qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in manufacturing, chemical, warehouse or related fields

Preferred qualifications:

• FDA or equivalent regulated industry experience
• Ability to learn multiple production operations and adjust quickly to new tasks
• Knowledge of good documentation practices (GDP) and an eye for quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Basic math skills
• Experience within Word, Excel, Oracle, Email and MRP systems
• Solid critical thinking skills and the ability analyze dynamic situations and make recommendations
