Description: The Judge Group is searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to support the company's exceptional growth with plant engineering, capacity planning and facility projects in Central Florida. This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement efforts with facility and manufacturing equipment
• Support lean manufacturing activities including 5S systems and standards
• Create and improve SOP's and Standard Work Instructions
• Identification, purchasing and implementation of new manufacturing equipment
• Prepare capital equipment and cost reduction budgets

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Manf/etc.)
• 1-3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or related internship experience
• ERP systems experience ideal, preferably SAP
