Ardurra is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Oklahoma, Louisiana or Texas.

Primary Function

The Mid-Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for advanced production of proposal development and editing, long term pursuit plans and capture planning, and preparing marketing materials for these efforts. This position, under supervision, will execute marketing strategies to meet business objectives. A successful Senior Marketing Coordinator must have a thorough understanding of the AEC industry, its terminology, procedures, and skills outlined below. This position needs a self-starter with excellent writing and presentation skills, can work under pressure, and connect the vision of Ardurra with their position and poses a sense of ownership.

The Senior Marketing Coordinator reports to the Regional Marketing Lead, Marketing and Communications Director, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. 

This is a remote/work from home position but ideal candidate must be able to commute to one of our Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana offices (Corpus Christi, Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Laredo, Metairie, Oklahoma City) as needed.

Primary Duties

  • Work with members of ownership/region to achieve firmwide goals
  • Foster communication between services and regional groups to ensure information distribution and resource management are utilized and capitalized upon
  • RFQ/P development from start to finish, including QA/QC of documents
  • Maintain upkeep of firm information, resumes, project information/descriptions, RFQs, etc. in database and Deltek Vision
  • Deltek Vision familiarity, upkeep, and reporting
  • Research and gather information on potential clients and projects
  • Represent Ardurra to clients, peer organizations, and business associates in professional, community and client organizations
  • Support external business development and marketing efforts
Day to day responsibilities:
  • Prepare SOQ response, presentations and marketing materials
  • QA/QC proposal responses and materials
  • Ensure qualifications and marketing material is up to date
  • Compile content and marketing collateral for internal and external projects

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements
  • AA or BS Degree in communications, journalism or English preferred
  • 4+ AEC industry experience required
Software Requirements
  • Proficient in Deltek Vision
  • Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign)
  • Microsoft/Outlook
