Principal Purpose of the Position:

The Marketing Coordinator will assist execution of the marketing plan and strategy outlined by the Strategic Account Manager, Ultra-Luxury. This requires heavy collaboration with the Strategic Account Manager and the rest of the Holman Marketing team.

In this role, you will:

  • Work directly with Holman Motorcars and the Strategic Account Manager to execute against marketing plans in collaboration with central marketing team members. Act as the liaison between the business and internal and external resources to ensure timely execution.
  • Work with the Strategic Account Manager to plan and execute on-site and off-site activations and events.
  • Capture content in support of the marketing plan outlined by the Strategic Account Manager, including photography and video for use on social media, website, etc.
  • Create and manage campaign calendars to align with strategic initiatives including targeting, messaging, scheduling and creative.
  • Collaborate with campaign specialists to monitor campaigns, interpret results and suggest optimizations to corresponding Strategic Account Manager.
  • Host regular meetings to communicate updates and recommendations to Strategic Account Manager and Marketing leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with company leadership and departmental key players, including corporate leadership, business leaders and department managers. Travel to Holman businesses when appropriate.
  • Support synergy and connectivity between Holman central services and assigned business units to ensure that campaigns are successful and optimized all the way through the funnel.
  • Identify best practices and scale successful programs.

Education and/or Training:
  • Four-year college degree, preferably in a marketing-related program

Relevant Work Experience:
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing
  • 3+ years' experience in a consulting, sales or account management capacity
