And we're still in the early days of capturing an immense opportunity - as more than 2 billion users rely on our apps every month.The Business Messaging Marketing Technology team works across WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, to build and manage the infrastructure to scale our B2B marketing. As a team, we solve complex problems, are entrepreneurial, thoughtful, and have fun as we work together to grow business messaging.We are looking for someone that will own the strategy and the build of a best-in-class cross-channel marketing data infrastructure to be leveraged for targeting, performance measurement, attribution and analytics.The ideal candidate has B2B marketing experience at a large enterprise, with a strong program management background building from the ground up marketing data management solutions.

Marketing Data and Technology Manager Responsibilities:

  • Data strategy: Be a subject matter thought leader & drive the vision for marketing data and technology. Oversight of Martech data strategy across marketing systems and centralize data hub. Oversee road map for data enhancements and integrations.
  • Program management: Oversee delivery of data and analytic solutions that have a strategic impact on marketing practices and decision-making. Ensure quality, accessibility, and consistency of data. Define requirements and drive development. Ruthlessly prioritize the program roadmap to ensure that the program focuses on areas with impact for the team or focus area. Manage all activities including stakeholders communications, managing timelines, privacy reviews, validating solutions, identifying resources, etc. Help engineering teams come up with well defined end goals, break goals down into executable milestones with deliverables. Work closely with marketers, data engineers, application engineers, data scientists, privacy managers and third-party partners.
  • Data analysis: Be the subject matter expert of our clients, partner and prospects marketing data across marketing systems. Take an active role in the data analysis to identify and solve problems and validate solutions.
  • Data management: Define and form a Marketing Data Governance structure. Ensure we document our data solutions and dictionaries Ensure processes are set for data maintenance and compliance with data privacy guidelines.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management, cross-functional communications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
  • Experience driving, defining and implementing solutions working with data engineering and marketing teams
  • 5+ years of experience in program management building marketing data management solutions at a large enterprise company
  • 3+ years of experience working with data, including working with standard data processing tools/concepts (e.g. SQL, ETL), analytics, validations and data integrations


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and Marketo) and integrations
  • Masters degree
  • Understanding of the marketing technology landscape, including MarTech, AdTech, WebTech, third party cookies, journey mapping, third party cookies, multitouch attribution solution, AI and marketing attribution
  • Experience with reporting solutions such as Tableau
  • Experience with GDPR and putting in place enterprise practices to manage privacy compliance
  • Proficient in requirements definition, authoring epics, user stories and acceptance criteria within the Agile/Scrum methodology
