Marketing & Events Coordinator - up to $65K!

Our client, a prestigious consultant firm, is hiring a Marketing & Events Coordinator to assist support senior members of the team! As a highly visible role, individuals in this role will be responsible for coordinating the firm's participation in multiple events, seminars and conferences, including speaking and sponsorships. The coordinator create and execute invitations, coordinate RSVP's, manage the registration process, track expenses throughout the year manage the master calendar of meetings and events, provide hands-on support at events including set-up and break-down, and general support for events such as training programs, social events, marketing events and conferences, firm wide internal meetings, and more. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, on or more years of marketing or event planning experience, outstanding written and oral communication, strong analytical skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills!
