RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Manager III. This role is 100% Remote (Flexible to work in West Coast time zone).Key Tasks:
  • Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization
  • Marketing Manager III will develop and implement marketing plans to serve the business objectives
  • Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects
  • Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors
  • As a Marketing Manager III, you may oversee advertising, events, and public relationships
  • Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
  • True first level manager; Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
  • Develop expertise of our customers, sales channels, competitive landscape, and offering to create strategies for driving consideration
  • Marketing Manager III will leverage qualitative and quantitative insights from Accountant Sales to identify conversion drivers and blockers and develop recommendations for QuickBooks to drive sales, grow revenue and help retention
  • Create, implement, and measure channel go-to-market programs


REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
  • 6+ years of marketing or consulting experience, with CPG or Brand preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of department processes
  • Self-starter: Business owner with a scrappy can-do attitude, who is passionate about owning business, with a test & learn approach, and a bias for action; Strong results orientation and decision-making skills
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven track record of successful cross-functional partnership, influencing across multiple functions and all levels up to Executives to drive results and build strong relationships
  • Customer Obsessed: Listens to customers, champions their success, and makes decisions that benefit the customer and the entire Company portfolio
  • Expert Communicator: Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to identify big insights by synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources to unlock growth opportunities and develop business strategies, lead excellent execution, and drive results; Strength in prioritizing and making strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest-impact near-term levers; Ability to think end to end and connect how actions impact other key metrics and initiatives
  • Analytical Thinker: Clear examples of using data for forecasts, ROI analysis, and recommendations
  • Strategic Influence: Evangelize and champion accountant partnership, influence strategy, and develop GTM needs
  • Has full authority for personnel actions


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
